Abstrak

This study aims to analyze the role of Quality of Work Life (QWL) in supporting transformation management at MI Baitul Huda. QWL is seen as a strategic approach that emphasizes the importance of the well-being, motivation, and participation of educators in improving the quality of education. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with teachers and education personnel at MI Baitul Huda as subjects. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed interactively. The results show that the implementation of QWL at MI Baitul Huda contributed to increased teacher morale, involvement in decision-making, and strengthened professionalism in facing the demands of educational transformation. However, challenges remain in the form of high administrative burdens and limited supporting facilities. Thus, QWL plays an important role in creating a conducive work climate, which in turn strengthens the success of transformation management in elementary education institutions.
