The purpose of this research is to analyze the Visionary Leadership Model of the Foundation Chairman in improving the quality of the educational institution at STIT Mamba’ul Hikam Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir. This study employs a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data is collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed through the stages of data collection, presentation, verification, and conclusion drawing. Data validity is tested using source, time, and method triangulation. The research findings indicate that leaders play a crucial role in the sustainability and success of educational institutions. The Foundation Chairman establishes a "new dawn" through intuition, imagination, deep understanding, future vision, and bold decision-making. STIT Mamba’ul Hikam applies the principle of istiqomah (consistency) based on continuous improvement to ensure the ongoing enhancement of quality.
