Penerapan Sistem Rapor Digital Madrasah (RDM) dalam Meningkatkan Efektivitas dan Efisiensi Penilaian

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Digital Madrasah Report Card (RDM) system at MTsN 2 Gorontalo Regency and to analyze its effectiveness, benefits, and challenges in practice. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach through direct observation and in-depth interviews with the RDM operator as the key informant. The findings indicate that RDM has been used since 2020 and has provided significant benefits for teachers, particularly in the processes of inputting, managing, and summarizing student scores, which have become faster, more accurate, and more structured compared to manual methods. RDM also enhances transparency, as parents can monitor students’ learning progress through their respective accounts. Nevertheless, several technical issues still occur, such as unstable internet connectivity and server disruptions during peak grading periods. The madrasah reported that additional training or technical assistance is no longer necessary, as teachers and the operator are already capable of managing the system independently. Overall, the implementation of RDM at MTsN 2 Gorontalo Regency is considered effective, although improvements in digital infrastructure remain essential to support optimal use.
